ubuntu on A215-S7428

I got this new Toshiba satellite A215-S7428 from OfficeDepot on Black Friday. It appeared to be a good deal on that day.

I am trying to install Ubuntu 64 alongside Vista as a dual boot system. I am getting a lot of errors while booting the ubuntu desktop CD.

I hope I will be troubleshoot using goggling.
